“65/Sixty-Five” is not a movie set in a near-future Earth-like Jurassic Park but a survival film in which the characters crash-land on Earth from another planet and survive, making it a more science fiction-oriented film among dinosaur movies.

The story is set in a space exploration ship that wanders into the Mesozoic Era when dinosaurs existed. The setting is similar to that of the 1978 science fiction film Planet of the Dinosaurs.

The aforementioned “Planet of the Dinosaurs” features a wide variety of dinosaurs, and this “65” also features a wide variety of dinosaurs. Thus, the main character fights with a weapon that easily defeats dinosaurs. However, although the main character easily defeats dinosaurs, he still struggles to fight with unknown creatures. He sometimes uses his wits to fight through the battle.

It was more like a video game trailer than a movie, and I wished they had aimed for a more action-oriented film like Alien 2 or Starship Troopers.

Although the action scenes of these warriors were exhilarating, those of us who were expecting a dinosaur vs. human survival game were somewhat disappointed and disappointed. This may be because SONY is a company close to video games.
