Locke: “A Closed-Room Drama by Tom Hardy”
From the start, you wonder why he’s driving alone and what leads him to make such questionable choices. The ending is somewhat abstract, so it may not appeal to everyone. Tom Hardy's acting is outstanding. Even though he only talks to others by phone while driving, you can easily picture the people on the other end. Holding attention for 80 minutes alone in a car must have been tough, but the film remains gripping throughout. -

The Revenant: Master Leo’s Longest Survival
The harshness and beauty of the wilderness winter when the American old-growth forests were still alive were fully expressed in this film. The constant snowstorms, the clear blue sky and air after the snow subsided, and even the coldness of the water were all conveyed to the viewer through this film. -

Mad Max Fury Road. Riding through the wilderness in a world gone mad.
I enjoyed the parade of characters, including mine, which is unbelievably outlandish and has not been seen in recent years. The story is simple: a runaway ride with no time to catch your breath and full of adrenaline. Captain Furiosa, in a big truck filled with gasoline, betrays the hero Max, who is joined by his boss, Immortan Joe, who is in hot pursuit.
