Otokotsu, a different character from the main character, Torajo, is a shonen manga protagonist with old-fashioned friendship, hard work, and growth. And since this film is an original story as a prequel, it can be enjoyed even if you have not seen the TV anime, and the action is so cool that it is a representative theatrical animation of the 2020s.

As the beginning of a new trilogy, the 1/3 story is well thought out for old and new fans.

Ultraman is the "Shin" series by director Anno. Shin Godzilla was for adults, and I wondered what would happen to Ultraman, the current film, which has numerous toy developments, but this one was also for adults. Some picture angles made me think, "hmmm," and the last scene was what's this?

Kougami, who did not appear in the second season of the TV series, made an appearance. Since he disappeared at the end of the first season, and that was the end of it, it was good to see him say goodbye to his friends. The farewell to Ginoza is especially memorable.
